I'm convinced that DL is all CNS

I was lifting 3.5plate as a little twink because I was doing it like 3x a week and just doing singles and triples every time.

Once I stopped and started doing other shit my DL dropped down to nothing. Even though my leg curls went up by like 100lbs, and my leg press numbers almost tripled and every other lift was WAY stronger.

Want to start my first cycle right now for 12 weeks and add a cut while still on test.

500mg testE per week for 12 weeks and for the last 3 weeks i add 500mg DNP a day while jumping on a 1000 calorie deficit, after that i will PCT back to nattyfaggot.

Does that somehow even make sense?

For me, it was a combo of slight depression, shitty nutrition (wasn't eating enough, at all), and kinda letting my gym schedule fall off. The trifecta of shit.

Saying that now, of course I lost gains. It makes no sense why I did it, but at the time I felt a combination of things

1. I've busted my ass so hard for the past 15 weeks, why can't I just take a few weeks off now? I deserve it.

2. Whats the point in lifting a lot now that I'm off? I have so much muscle now, even if I lose a few pounds I'll still look good.

3. Im sad and tired and listless. I just don't feel like putting much effort into this shit anymore. I'll be fine.

So again, having said all of that, I look like a god damn retard. And I was. But you have no idea what PCT is like. And I didn't either.. it really fucks with your head.

Even when the estro sides hit when I started cycling, I didn't really notice at first. I remember having hardcore oneitis and getting really pissy about some girl and then I cried watching some fucking video on youtube. Then I sat there for a second and was like "holy shit I'm acting like a fucking bitch right now, time to start AI".

And I KNEW all of these things beforehand. I KNEW what estro sides were. I KNEW I needed a good routine and nutrition post cycle. But I didn't know. I didn't actually know shit because I never experienced it firsthand before.

Not bullshit, thats what happened. I was DYEL and started at 2.5plate and then I added slowly over a few months by doing triples and singles. Then I didn't feel like doing it anymore when I hit 3.5plate.

Months and months later I went back to it and I could barely pull 3plate. Obviously I was exaggerating when I said "nothing" but relative to my overall strength it felt like shit.

So again, I'm exaggerating when I say this, but I feel like DL is mostly CNS as just the act of doing it all the time made my numbers go up, not relative to my strength.

Its not like bench in that sense. I stopped barbell lifting for a long long time also and just did a lot of cable work and SOME DB pressing. Well when I went back to barbell bench I was benching well over 2plate, something I had never done before.

Strength goes up, the amount of weight you can move for volume goes up with it.
Progression means gains. An all volume routine would work, but add in some strength training gets it faster.

Strength and building muscle are two sides of the same coin, only difference is when powerlifting you would more often want to lift heavy as fuck in the 1-3 rep range to improve CNS, and when body building you more often want to work in the higher rep range, however you should still do both either way. Eric helms went over it in a vid, basically most of your training either way should be in the 8-12 range, training for strength, and then just depending on your goal, you'll spend most of the rest of the time doing whatever is specific to your goals, and then just a small bit of time training the opposite of that since they both have their benefits

Prolactin can cause gyno yes, but in my experience if you stop as soon as it appears it goes away by itself. I started getting gyno on tren stopped it and everything went away. You have; 5 low carb and 2 high carb days(thur-sun) each week. Depending on your bf, start with 1 high carb day.

On low carb you eat things like; eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, lean meat, fish/salmon
On high carb days its remains the same as low carb days, but you add some carbs like; oats, rice, pasta etc.
Good fats are also good, since they stimulate fat loss; almonds, nuts, natural peanut butter, other good nuts etc.

Example of a low carb day;

6 egg(whole + egg whites)
lean meat + broccoli + almonds
lean meat + broccoli + almonds
chicken + broccoli + almonds
chicken + broccoli + natural peanut butter
eggs(whole + egg whites)
cottage cheese.

On a high carb day it remains the same, but you add rice/oats to each meal.

I also recommend you drink 3/4L water each day and green thea
