Games like pic related and visual novel Little Busters. Both made me reflect on who I was as a person. I don't have many friends but I haven't given up. I count calories and exercise. I still feel lonely and never went back to little busters. I told myself when I weighed 250 I would play it again and get the true ending when I hit a goal weight of 175. I'm 6'1 so that sounded like a good plan. I'm at 155 now but find myself at a loss in life. Video games did help me get up and get healthy but there are nuances to life I just don't get, especially social situations. Sorry for ranting, I know I sound like a fag autist.

Then I went into the army and I am easily the weakest guy here. Heck, even the ladies outlift me.
Maybe it's because I come from a hostile environment where anyone even looking sideways was a reason to fight. and being a tiny and weak kid I always fought dirtier than anyone. my strength was never strength. And when I perform poorly in the gym I just get filled with pointless aggressive and antisocial impulses which can go nowhere but deep down into myself.

Listen up. I did my stint in the Army and that's how I started to get fit used to run 4-8 miles a day. That changed when i found lifting. If you want to go from 150 lbs of cadio fat to 185 of SFAS qualification look up the Thor3 program. Eat your fucking chicken, rice, and broccoli the shitty defac serves. Start small and if you need help, ask the biggest dude in the gym where the best place to learn how to get big is.

Rugby helped me a lot with managing my lifting and eating. It was a higher purpose. The guys depended on me to help push the maul and scrum. The expected me to BTFO the lone dude holding the ruck. Plus, it felt like a family and I get that crazy camaraderie that the military left me without.

Eh, ME1 was about as good. I, for one, liked the goddamn Mako. I'm glad to new Mass Effect seems almost entirely about exploring alien worlds.
ME3 was a fun game, had a surprisingly fun multiplayer mode, and had a good story and character arcs up until the buttfucking abortion of an ending.
ME2 was a shitty, fart-out-a-cash-grab hallway shooter and was, by far, the worst of the three to actually play. I keep trying to play through the entire trilogy as Parry the Paragon after the first playthrough of Renee the Renegade, and I just can't fucking do it because ME2 is such ballsack.
Like, I've played ME1 at least 6 times, not counting the replays with the same character but super high level, and I just can't drag ass through ME2 to make it to ME3.
Also, video games weren't what inspired me to lift at all, but ever since Skyrim, I wanted to be build like Dragonborn, and goddamn strong.

Not that guy, but I played collegiate rugby at 5'10'' and somewhere between 185 and 220 lbs (I went from winger to hooker over a couple of years).
It depends on the college you're going to (the rugby club at mine was just desperate to field enough people to actually play matches, so any idiot who showed up usually got to play), but if you're even remotely fast you could play right now.
Hell, our best player was a lightning quick 5'7'', 150 lbs soaking wet Zimbabwean who actually had rugby skills (most of the rest of us were converted American football players just running into things).
Still, I'd recommend SS+GOMAD. Plan backwards about 6 weeks before you're going to show up for rugby practice, and from that point until practice, be doing some sprints or sled pushes if you have a sled in order to get conditioned, while doing what you can to maintain strength.
Rugby Union offseasons need to be spent getting stronger. Not playing goddamn 7s and running all over christendom like my undersized, back-line-playing teammates liked to do.
