wtf is wrong with me?

gains went up and I did lean out but the sides werent worth it, also, shutting myself down wasnt worth it. PCT with clomid and nolva for 5 weeks and I felt fine but I lost all gains

So your weight goes down but your BF stays the same? You need to retain more muscle. Or your weight just won't drop? In that case you're a fatty with no willpower.

Bad way to look at it. Glass half full vs half empty. You didn't stall, you maintained your lifts on a cut.

You probably just need more patience. Natty gains are extremely slow after 2-3 years.

yes but it should make me lose fat since I've been in caloric defecits several times

Strongest dude I ever met, 19 years old just outta HS, plays football, completely natty. easily DLs 500, squats 400+ for reps. I've seen him bench about 350.

That said, I'm almost exactly like the OP. I don't take training as seriously as him. Not even close.

I guess I can try it but if a total of 2.5 hours running at a decent pace, 11km/hour isnt cutting it, I doubt sprints will :(

I also OHP my body weight (165lbs, I'm a sprinter not a bodybuilder) for triples and dip 2pl8 for 8 reps. My front squats are up to 235 for triples too. I've been lifting weights for ten years though. My last relationship ruined my gains but I'm back to my peak and a fuck ton more cut then my previous lifting prime.

I don't mean to be insulting, but is it possible that you are just retarded? I'm 2.5 months in with a 265x5 squat and a 165x5 bench. Most women would be stronger than you given a year. Stop constantly throwing away your muscle in order to cut BF, dummy.
