Hello guys i have been training for about 3 years with 5-6 day split routine. I have heard that training each body part twice a week is going to work better for natty lifters...so i made 4 day program: Mon(upper)/Thu(Lower) Wed (rest) Thu(upper) Fri (Lower) do you think it will work better?

its gr8 im on it for like a year now and i keep seeing strenth and size gains , i use mostly 2 heavy compound exercises for the big muscle groups and one isolation for smaller ones like trips and bis , thinkin about switching to push/pull 4 times a week or 2 push/pull and 1 full body just to confuse the muscles abit !
