EGCG is synergistic with caffeine (and aspirin, hence ECA stacks) so, on the one hand, you will have a lowered thermogenic effect if you have decaf.
On the other hand, you will be able to sleep better and recovery will be less impeded by your timing.
There are pros and cons either way. Do whatever works for you.

You can decaf any tea by steeping the leaves (or the bag if you're a fucking pleb) in hot water for 30 secs then throwing away that water. Steep as usual. So Im guessing yeah, you probably can
