Are egg whites overrated? On a cut right now and looking for low cal sources of protein and egg whites seem to fit the bill.

Yes. I drink a mini pack each day for breakfast. 2 Cups worth. Dont mind it at all. I found cooking them to taste worse and its a large amount.
