The ironic thing is if batman just did weightlifting, cardio and trained martial arts that is actually cross training. i.e. Training across different methods and fields. It's just that crossfit pretends to be some badass thing only hardcore dickheads can do when really all they do is different kinds of exercise to a sub par standard without ever really excelling at anything.
