this. i used to get it pretty bad along with bruises on my shoulders, but after a couple months both stopped happening completely.
My hometown gym has a weirdo leg-press that you have to lie down to use and it pushes almost entirely against your shoulders/traps. First time I used that fucking thing, pic related happened.
Shitty capture, but that's my right shoulder. I don't even know where those triangles came from.
