No progress thread, so I will start.
1. Pick is 01.01.16 (64 kg),
2. one is 3 weeks ago (70 kg)

Bump. I dont really care about what I eat, I eat alot of pizza& premade things, but also alot of fruits and vegetables. Since I only need to gain mass I dont count calories, and use a weightgainer after every training

Been on a cut for 3 months now. first month and a half, i shed weight quickly and my abs started to appear.
6'3", 200lbs, Eating 2100cal/day
~160-200g protein
~150gcarb
~100gfat


Past two weeks, i've felt extremely bloated. I've gained a layer of "squish" on my gut and no idea why.

Increased duration of workouts and intensity, no change
Decreased carbs increased protein, no change

I did push ups for 1 month before I started training. Now I Lift, butterfly, benchpress etc. and sit ups.

It's probably just gas. Your body needs to adjust to your new high cal diet. Drinking a lot of water actually really helps move things around as well so make sure you're drinking plenty of fluids.

I had the same problem.

Although if you're drinking a lot of milk that could be it too.

A bit more than 1.5 years since my first step in a gym
I had a pretty serious car crash 3 years ago, got a broken hip and damaged sciatic nerve among other things (you can see the scars).
Never had any sport background and sedentary lifestyle.
I'm almost 30 and I feel a lot better, I wish I started 10 years ago.
Lifts are shit but I'm having a good time, I'm also ok with not having the fastest results, I enjoy the process.

I also have been drinking alkohol nearly every weekend for the last 5 years (since I was 15), And from this January I decidet to stop with it and start with fittness. I feel so much better. I still do chemical drugs one time per 2-3 months on rave's (I know thats pretty bad for gains, but whatever).

Didn't gain any fat, eating a surplus of 300 calories.

Doing cardio due to hurt shoulder for the past few months

How much more should I cut till I lift for muscle. My shoulders are scrawny as fuck

Don't have before pic but I got a question.

I started as aushwitz mode hungry skelly and bulked up for the past 7 months to this. Gained way more fat than I would have liked but I also gained muscle, given the fact all my lifts increased by a lot.

Would cutting right now just make me look skelly again? The gut and moobs make me feel like shit, and the gut makes all my pants feel way too tight and uncomfortable.

I'm thinking of cutting for a month and a half or so, just to get some of this fucking fat off me. Good idea?

I'm basically at this level right now but with slightly bigger biceps. Been lifting for about 3 weeks now so I'm awaiting results later on, but I have to ask, in regards to wrist size, did they get any thicker as you put on weight? That's what I'm worried about right now since I have fairly small wrists. Also, how long did it take before you started noticing results? Just out of curiosity.

Sad to say but my wrists are still bitch size. Pretty much same as before. Forearms grew a little bit, but not too much. Such is genetics. I don't really do wrist/forearm isolating exercises so take that into account.

I started noticing results probably 2 months in or so. I ate like a bitch though and didn't really starting EATING until about 3 months in. Then results came quicker. But that's given the fact I gained too much fat, though. Doesn't go to say I gained more fat than muscle; just gained more than desirable fat.

Just keep going and keep eating. You'll make it. To be honest lad, I still look rather skinny when wearing certain clothes. But that's life when you start as skelly mode.

Left is me after I was getting over pneumonia in October/Novemberish. Think I lost lik 8 lbs in 2 weeks or something.

Right is now, not a whole lot better but a bit I guess. I did a couple of incomplete halfassed phases of "bulking" and "cutting", before realizing that I just need to fucking cut first to get it out of the way. Should be good for a long bulk by the time summer rolls around I think.
