I need help with gains /fit/

Breakfast: 2 hardboiled brown eggs, 4 peace bacon, tater tots single-serving frosted mini-wheats.
Lunch: salad with lunch meat no dressing, brownie, potato, yogurt, 2 pork ribs tuna salad sandwich.
Dinner: beef cordon bleu, salad with lunch, half cup tuna salad half cup chicken salad, slice of pumpkin pie. 3glass whole milk per day.

I do my best to eat more, I tried to have three meals a day plus snacks in between the meals such as a granola bar and maybe some chicken at home.

I'm also the same weight as you OP and almost the same height (5'10). This is what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg scrambled with onion and zucchini

Snack: Apple and cup of greek yogurt.

Lunch: Salmon fillet with half avocado diced, asparagus and onion grilled with a little butter.

Snack 2 (after workout): Any fruit and protein shake with 2 scoops.

Dinner: Chicken salad with 2 chicken breasts, spinach, cellery a little mayo, pepper, salt.

I pretty much eat 3-4 meals a day.

800-1000 calories per meal though

I wouldn't eat granola bars they have too much sugar.

I have no idea how many calories I take in a day but I try and eat as healthy as possible and I normally end up force-feeding myself at the end of the meal, high metabolism so I get hungry pretty quickly so yeah some type of granola bar is normally the best quickest answer when I'm at work.
