I mean let's face it. Women are just naturally stronger than guys. They go through the process of delivering a child, making their minds hard as steel. They grow up through life being at a disadvantage as guys have it easier.. so it makes them stronger. so naturally you would expect them to do well in the gym. If you go to any gym you will see it is the girls that are working harder than any of the guys there.
