Hey, /fit/.
I have been jogging to get in shape for a soccer rec league I signed up for. I've been jogging about 30 minutes a day. My legs are on fire, but that's beside the point.
Question. I like to drink, and I know how many calories that can add up to. I have cut beer from my life, and eliminated sugar as well. I do, however, enjoy about half a bottle (375 mL) of whiskey a day. If i drink it straight or with water, will that ruin my progress?
