Go somewhere with child care. I did this for the first 2 years of my daughters life. Plus when they start school they have no issues with you saying goodbye. It was a good experience. Also it almost never costs more than +5 dollars a month.

It's pretty much pointless anyway. For one, you're looking for motivation instead of cultivating discipline. You could stumble upon the most motivational thing ever and it'd be useless, cause you're not there mentally and the will to get shit done would be gone tomorrow at best.

Honestly, the only thing that works is forcing yourself to do the things you know you should be doing, but really don't feel like doing. Just take a deep breathe and go through the motions till it becomes habit. There's no magic trick.

People who seek motivation in the forms of captions and memes just end up adding "looking at motivational stuff online" to their other forms of procrastination and wasting more time.

I should have, but it was something I wasn't serious about at first. I just started cutting out pop from my diet, and then I cut out some other stuff, before I knew it I wasn't obese, nor overweight, anymore.

It's not that big of an issue though, I'll probably make sick gains at the gym when I start lifting soon.

I'm new but i've been building my home gym since january you'll want a FID bench. I bought the standard 1 inch barbell and all my weights dumbells and EZ curl bar are standard 1 inch threaded. It can be a pain because some of the caps get fucky and wont screw on. But other than that theyre good just the bar is 15 Lbs as oppsed to a 45 pound oly. You'll need a 7 foot bar if you want to squat with a rack one day though but the 6 footer is good for bench deadlifts curls whatever. I say do it you'll need to invest more than 70 on the weights alone though. I've found deals on some classified websites but most people charge what brand new weights go for
