SS is a solid routine.
GOMAD is extreme but also the cheapest/easiest way to bulk for extreme skellingtons. 1/2 or 1/4 GOMAD is better if you're still at a normal weight.

Calculate your TDEE and make sure you always hit a caloric surplus. GOMAD isn't even necessary unless you're Auschwitz mode, and even then a solid diet is all you really need.

As for the creatine, 5g a day. That's all there is to it.

You look like a normal skelly, not really Auschwitz. Don't thing GOMAD is for you, just calculate TDEE and add 500 calories to that and do SS.

If they're medically underweight they should probably be using weight-gain shakes, although it might be more expensive. I was on a regimen to gain weight and they had me on whey protein I think (my stomach couldn't take it, though).
