Lemme just leave this here...
We know

>leg press
>4plate
>heavy weightlifters
their stupidity shouldnt surprise me at this point but it still does
What does this matter if ideal lifts are 1/2/3/4 anyway?
>Meming
>Meming this blatantly
>Meming this blatantly when we already have a thread about this exact subject

1/2/3/4 is intermediate at best, 2/3/4/5 or whatever/3/4/5 if you're stalling at the press is what you should be aiming at

I thought this was 1/2/3/4x bw. But it still made no sense. Should be 1.25/1.75/2.5/3 or so then.
80kg? Press 100, bench 140, squat 200, dead 240. That would be considered "good".
Obviously 1.5/2/2.5/3 is better but not realistically possible for many.
Manlets will obviously win this but it's much better than the lmao1234plaet!!!1! Meme.

Worse, actually. 1/2/3/4, while arbitrary, is actually accomplishable for most people with some difficulty. 3xBW deadlift? Not happening for most unjuiced heavier lifters, ever.
