Is it normal that I still like shit and DYEL if I have these stats?

This is fine, I am mexican, I am strong despite lard-ass genetics.

Here is what you don't want to hear:

If you're skinny, you're not lifting with enough intensity, you should be solely focused on each lift and each muscle as you do those lifts. You must also eat more, more than you would naturally eat, protein, brown rice, beans, shit like that. Mexican food is literally perfect bulking food.

If you're fat, you NEED to cut if you ever want to notice your muscles and look aesthetic, cardio 3x 20min at as high of an intensity as you can keep up for 20min. If this is a walk, fine, if it's a run, fine. Consume less calories than your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate).

Beyond that, believe in yourself, nothing is given to you, push through every workout, and have that mindset and that focus that you're working and getting bigger.

Op I found the problem. Seriously. Fellow mexican here our traditional diets fucking suck for muscle. I weighed 150 throughout high-school and I played football and killed myself in the gym. But then I went home and shit like rice, Chile relleno, queso and other non nutritious carb dense bullshit. Eat more proteins and fats and more calories is general. Personally I got a mass gainer for christmas once year and that made a huge difference. I'm 255lbs now

No

Because I don't feel ready to add more weight; when I increase weight every session I fail the last set. But I'm not doing SS properly, I'm adding more exercises (curls, calf raises, I go to gym 4-5 days a week, shoulder exercises, db flies).

But currently I'm doing pretty good in squats. I do atg squats with good form. My goal atm is to reach 100 kg squats.

that's true. I sometimes feel tired. Yesterday I failed at the last deadlift set (the working set) and almost snapped my back lol it was a stupid movement I did but nothing bad happened.
