Bodyweight books I've seen discussed:
Christopher Sommer -- Gymnastic Bodies Mastering GST series
Steven Low - Overcoming Gravity
Mark Lauren - You Are Your Own Gym
Paul Wade - Convict Conditioning
Haven't done any of them. I started the Sommer thing and liked it, but stopped when I got an unrelated injury.
Right now I'm doing this 3 days a week:
>5x20 pushups with elevated feet (read it was better somewhere)
>5x10 squats
>10 minutes of planks
>3x20 crunches with my hands on my chest
>3x10 chair dips
>5x10 shoulder elevations of 1.5 kilo dumbbells in each hand
>100 biceps elevations of the same dumbbells
What do yall think about that?

I'm also doing a slight bulk. I found them dumbbells at home tho. What do you think about the rest of the routine?
