Is it possible to fix that shit without roiding? I've been one strapping backpack for the most of my life and now my left trap is WAY more developed than the other. I've been lifting for 2 years now and shrugs did absolutetly nothing for me. I can't even flex my right trap, i cant even feel the muscle, like it's not even there. Wat do?

during all these years doctors never said anything that i might have scoliosis but i've noticed something while ago. When i was taking pictures of my current physique i saw that one of my hips sticks out more and i look deformed. Only way to fix this is to get spine surgery?

really depends on how bad it is but you should probably do some research on your own here.

just a bunch of stuff to get you started.
still, get an xray first. no point in trying to fix a problem you don't have.
Years of being dyel and playing bass i developed uneven traps as well. Have you done any similar? Are you still dyel?
