I finally hit 135 on OHP, 225 on bench, and 315 on squat after a year of lifting. My deadlift is shit at 340 but oh well. I'm 6'2" and 202 as of today. How am I doing?

You're doing ok. Far better than the average gym goer, and average for someone that's paying attention to programming. But it's not where you are at the one year mark, but the five year mark. Marathon, not sprint.

My 1 year numbers were 210/300/365/495 but I'm genetically gifted tBh

Then it was left knee
Now it's right shoulder having a deep pain every time I go heavy on OHP or rows

1/2/3/4 isn't an accomplishment and if we're talking about 1rm in those numbers, then it's achievable easily after 6 months.

A better goal to shoot for would be bw OHP, 1.5xbw bench 2xbw squat, and 2.5xbw deadlift.

Never use BW equivalents as a target number for goals. They vary way too much from person to person.

Ive hit all those except bench in a little over a year. But I still cant bench bodyweight for 5x5. Any tips on bench? I always bench after squats so it could be that im just tired. A friend of mine told me to switch my form recently to a more powerlifter stance and im gonna be trying it out for a while. I weigh 150 btw. 2rm is 165. Im desperate for advice guys

OP here. If you're doing SL 5x5 like I am, I just simply start with bench so that I'm not winded from squats. I make sure that when I'm benching I have my upper back planted solidly into the bench and arch my chest out that way I don't have to go down as far and have a solid platform to push from. Don't lift your butt of the bench. Also, keep your elbows at a 45 degree angle from your body.

Of course it's 1rm, if someone asks you how much you lift, you answer in 1rm. They don't want to know what you rep for 5.

Also linear bodyweight multipliers are a rookie red flag. Usually means the person posting is small. For example I only just hit a 2xbw squat, after over two years of training, but the fact of the matter is me squatting 485 is more difficult than a 160lb twink squatting 320.

Fwiw I like to squat first, kind of mobilizes my back and shoulders for bench. If I'm doing a TON of squatting it'll kind of tire me out for bench, but if I go straight to bench I'm usually a little stiff
