Is it possible to get ripped using your own body weight only?
I am not fat so i don't need to lose weight, only gain muscle.
It takes much, much longer but it can be done. I think /asp/ has a bodyweight general.

These are decent routines.

Guy you just responded to here. If you want to get "ripped," you should probably just lift weights. It is so, so much easier with weights. Unless there is no possible way you can get to a gym/buy some weights for your home, I would stay away from bodyweight.

And this.
But as this guy says >>36563901 it's much easier with progressive overload. Read the sticky.
BW routines are fun, but if aesthetics is your main goal nothing beats weights.

I love your vocaroos, anon. Don't stop making them.
thanks everyone (the vocaroo made me kek aswell ^^) i'll be sure try the "programs" you sent.
As others have said it's a lot more difficult.
I try to discourage it because it usually sounds like someone lacks motivation and is trying to take an easy route ("I don't want to go to a gym. I'll just bodyweight...") when in fact they're going down a path that requires much more focus.
It can be done. Just know that you're selecting Hard Mode at the beginning of the video game.

i don't wanna pay for a gym(there might be some free ones around i'm not sure) and i don't have any weights at home so it's pretty much the only way.
It'll take much longer, but you can do it. It's also better for your long-term joint health. I like it because you can do it anywhere at any time, but it definitely takes more learning than lifting weights.
If your goal is aesthetics, just lift weights. You'll get bigger in less time.

This is exactly what I'm talking about. You'd like to transform your body, but are unwilling to take the bare minimum efforts that 99%+ others do. Instead its excuses.
I do wish you luck, anon. I hope you make it. You're just going to need religious focus on changing up your pushup stance rather than sliding another 5 pounds on the bar.
