idk about facial aesthetics but every inch of height is worth about 800$ in annual salary. Yes, taller people do in fact get paid more on average.
Whether it means that tall people are on average better at their jobs or they are perceived by employers to be better, I am not sure. Similar correlations can be seen in bald vs not bald, so I can only assume that being handsome will earn you a higher salary than being ugly.

All i've told you is on average, people who are taller earn more money. In fact, one inch of extra height earns you around 800 more dollars on your salary. Statistically speaking, with respect to earning a high salary, you WANT to be tall.
Logically, since there are other correlations between aesthetics and annual salary, it may be worth doing plastic surgery early in your life, as you will likely earn back on your investment.
