my gym has some strongman rocks, the ones you pick up and load onto platforms or over a bar.

Heavy planks, this kills the ab.
I usually warm-up with 20 second sets till I hit a peak set to failure, once I pass a time threshold (usually 30-45 seconds) I up the weight.
All of you out there with 1/2/3/4 or more can most likely plank at least 50kg for 40 seconds.

I recently discovered Kroc Rows. Burns the shit out of my back and feels great.
