Yea but it's not worth picking up a smoking habit. It's not cool and makes you smell like shit. If anything I think a strong cup of black coffee will stop cravings..or drinking water...or eating food with 0 cals like celery or other veggies

but you can always buy a moka pot, they're fairly cheap and a lot of coffee snobs swear by them.
