Almost no Olympic weightlifters today can put up a 2xBW OHP. Even when it was a competition lift, only a handful could - and none above about 80kg. The strongest guys in the lightest weight classes could manage maybe a 2.2xBW, if the didn't get themselves redlighted.

That generally means they're pretty shitty raw benchers (which isn't surprising - if you train to be good in gear, your raw numbers will take a hit). Most geared benchers don't get 50% out of their shirts unless they're using the kind of monster shirt that will barely let you unlock with a raw max - and you need to be stupid strong for those to work.

More likely pounds.

A 2plate press is like a legit 3-3.5plate bench in terms of strength. Its possible, but very few people manage it (partially because not many people try, partially because its really fucking hard).
