My hormone levels are normal since I am 18 years old because I stopped taking corticosteroids. One of my doctors said that if I took stanozolol or drugs alike (roids) there was a very tiny chance I got it again (thats because you dont "grow" as you did in your early stages of life) but I was a still a chance (I believe he said 5%)

Gyno has 4 levels.
I was lvl 3, and 4 was like having literally a woman boob.
Almost no scars (all the pink/viole part of the picture is a bruise) there are only 4 small dots where i have the stitchies.
30 days tops. I was not training because I screwed up my shoulder (
acromioclavicular dislocation) and I had like 4 months recovery time.

These were my results. I think they were pretty amazing. However the gyno mentality fucked my brain up so hard these years that I still feel a little bit bored that I even have nipples at all. It's weird.

I want to have surgery for my puffy nipples. Not sure if it's considered gyno, as there is no hardness (the hardness went away with puberty), but the softness still stayed. That picture makes me not want to have surgery at all and stay a beta with puffy nipples.

"Local" Anesthesia. Why did I use ""? Because they hooked me up in valium and I was in a dream state the whole process. I enter the surgery room at 9:15 and I woke up at 10:00 in my hospital bed. By 11 oclock I was leaving the hopital.

So about 2 years ago my right breast got slighty larger and it felt like there was a pebble under it and it would hurt if I played with it. Its gone now but I have the same problem on my left breast now. Will it go away like it did on my right one?

Gynecomastia is a build up of fluid under the nipples (similar to a boil). Now, you could get very expensive surgery to fix it OR you could do the exact same thing a doctor would do at home, safely and easily. Here's how:
1. First you'll need to sterilize a needle with alcohol or flame. Make sure it's very clean to stop infection.
2. Next, ice your nipples until they are numb, then drink a few nips of vodka or other spirits to help dull the pain even more.
3. Press the needle firmly into your nipple, right in the center and keep going until it is in about an inch. Twist it around a few times to make sure you break the milk sac.
4. Remove the needle and squeeze the fluid out. It will be a cloudy, watery looking liquid, there may be some blood too which is normal.
That's really all there is to it. I've done this myself and now you can't even tell I had gyno.

Man I am 26, and I've had severe gyno since I was like 13. I used to be a fat fuck, lost all the weight, but the gyno was more prominent than ever. Highschool was... incredibly rough. Adult life hasnt been horrible since I got fucking huge, but no matter how much I lift, it's still there and noticeable. I still can't wear thin shirts, its WAY too prominent. Tamoxifen will only "reverse" it if it's not really set in yet. Gyno is solved by surgery and nothing else.

Does the black guy in this pic have gyno? I have a similar chest but I think it might just be unfortunate fat storage genetics as the entire chest is fatty but there is no single lump. Also when I raise my arms to do something like a double bicep pose the chest looks completely flat and normal. On bodybuilders with real gyno it is still visible in that pose.
