JeFit, Fitness Buddy, couch-2-5k.
Slide over to Amazon and get some free ones with paid features.
Myfitnesspal
Strava is pretty nice, sorta like a Facebook for running.
Also shows you other people who have done that same route/section, and how fast you did it in comparison to them. Very satisfying when you get a podium spot and everyone can see your name in the fastest finishers for that run, but usually it's just absolute madmen setting unbelievable times
Progression - its the only app i have every paid for, 10/10 for a training app

I concur this post
Strava is great. If you aren't an autist and the social aspect is killing your mood that is. Lot's of pro runners use it and it's fun to find people near you.

I used to use strava, but they updated it so its no longer compatible with my android skyrocket 2 :( now I'm using an app called cycle Droid but it doesn't compare or go online. Real bummer for strava

For body weight exercises:
Sworkit
YAYOG
Sworkit has less advanced moves than YAYOG, but includes a variety of cardio and stretching in the mix. Either allows for custom routines and randomly created routines for a given length.
If you use any program from Beachbody and track everything: Fit XT
Zombies Run! and Zombies 5k make running / couch-to-5k training more fun.
Using MyFitnessPal and Zombies 5k. What should I use to keep track of bodyweight exercise improvement?
