Would it be too much to do the SS and add the armstrong pullup program ( so 3 days/week + 5 days/week)

try and see wat happens
eat a lot
that's not really how it works. SS starts out super easy, but gets progressively harder as you add more weight. eventually it gets so hard that you can no longer recover in time for the next workout. that's when you start stalling.
so clearly, you can do SS + pretty much anything and it will work for a while, because it's simply not challenging in the beginning. what changes when you add more work is that you'll stall sooner, i.e. at lower weights, and thus get less out of the program. it's difficult to predict the effect, though. you just have to try it.

Lolwat the weight just gets too heavy on SS. Being able to recover has nothing to do with it. Linear progression stops being viable.
But op do it and you will be fine. If your shit is too sore just take a rest day

Is it difficult to function going through life with special needs?
>>36542126
you idiot kouhai, weight just gets too high is your retard laymans term for he has reached the point to where he cannot recover enough to add more weight in the next session. 0/10 its like you're not even trying
Recover enough new muscle fibers? Okkkkkkk senpai
Just do pullups to failure after your main SS lifts
