what are /fit/'s thoughts on this guy?
is he respected in the bodybuilding community?
He got me into lifting about 4 years ago, obviously p90x is nothing like a normal bodybuilding routine, but for a total noobie who didn't even know about routines I found it a nice introduction to fitness.

I enjoy it. Did the original p90x program through a single cycle about 7 years ago and lost 25 lbs.Gained it all back but then downloaded p90x3 when it came out and have been doing that for 2 years straight now(lost 65 lbs first year doing the program). The 30 minute workouts are easy to manage and keeps me at a good fitness/athletic level which is all I want. If you want to be physically fit, it works. If you want more, you'll need to hit up the gym.

I did his program a few years ago, it was good for getting fit. If you want to get big, you'll have to start on a bodybuilding routine.
Well the bodybuilding community doesn't have any respect anyway so that's kind of a tough question.
