Is it ok to train calves on the legpress with one leg? I don't want to risk a ticket to snap city on the standing one (can't put enough weight to use two legs)

ah, ok, similar problem here (reason why i stopped isolating calves and just using the seated leg press). i guess doing one calf at a time wouldn't hurt, then... hm, never thought of that.
