The former costs higher (usually an indication that's it's a better product), and has better reviews.
But is it really better? Is it made in a way that makes your hand bones break when you perform an exercise? Has anyone used either of those?
I already have ab carver pro, but the fact that the inward threshold gets shifted as you do exercises (meaning you can't pull it in as close to yourself as in previous rep), sucks.

Leg raises, L -sits/holds, dragon flags are the best core exercises.
