Fixes for forward head?

oh cool, a new thing to be self conscious about. thanks /fit/
Forward head posture and internally rotated shoulders are typically caused by strong/tight pecs and weak upper back. Facepulls should fix your posture.

Don't be self conscious, just worry about the effects it has on your spine.

I bench 3x a week but also do face pulls 3x a week.
I am going to incorporate more rows into my program to strengthen my rhomboid so, but other than that what else can I do?
I haven't got rolled forward shoulders per se, just forward head.

Not him. But pick up 'Becoming a Supple Leopard' by Dr. Scarrett. Great book for overall mobility, aimed at lifters.

I actually own that book. What pages would you recommend I read? It's a very big book.

If I were to read it all would I die?
>>36533746
Yes, it would kill you.
Did I do it right?
>>36533746
It would be extremely painful cause you're a moron.
Shit I have the exact same thing on the right.
I've been more self aware about my head going forward but I've always been wondering why it seems that my lower back naturally going forward, now I know it's all due to my fucked up head posture.
I'm so flawed I don't even feel I'm worth the cost of a bullet through my skull
