Vit D is great when you live in a northern place where the sun don't shine or you spend a lot of time indoors

Zinc is great for lifters, as you can lose a lot due to working out, and it can be tough to get in diet

Spring Valley. You can buy the Multi - Enzyme at Walmart. I wouldn't recommend them though because it's a big calcium/fiber pill that isn't coated so it gets stuck in the throat every time!
