There isn't any. It's made up. It temporarily dehydrates people and makes them feel good when the scale drops a couple pounds.

it has no effect on fat, just waterweight.
and that minimal effect lasts for a day or so.

cause i never go above 10-11% in off season, so my cut doesnt need extra help with things like wraps, or stimulants, or, god forbid, dnp

i did this except with a garbage bag, ripped holes for my arms and head and wore it like a shirt. then i wore a sweatshirt over it and did my normal run, and would seriously lose about 8lbs by doing it. i did it to make a weigh in though, since doing this for a few days in a row can get you down nearly 15lbs if you're a fat ass. it all comes flying back on a couple days after.
