Is body recomp real? If so, how come I rarely ever see progress pics for it?
People say you gain muscle and lost fast very slowly doing it, but how slow?

Once I hit 15% I'll try to recomp for 6months.

Cut all the time while eating a shit ton of protein.
Pyramid/volume workout Brosplit as well as leg and arm day split
Tons of cardiovascular

This. I played sports in school and now using the workout I learned there to not be fat anymore.
Above related with cardiovascular and muscle kept to 30 minutes each.
It's real but it's slow. There's a reason bodybuilders cut/bulk.
Recomp takes a good 5-6 years and by then the lifters are sick of fit and the confident noob broscientists.
