Just had my first tinder hookup, could only get it semi-hard and it kept slipping out of her. I'm 19 years old and do regular cardio, so I doubt it's a circulation problem.
I've got another date on Sunday and it'll probably lead to sex again- how can I fix my issues before then?
Is it too much masturbation? Death grip? Performance anxiety? It's incredibly frustrating, pls help me sexual gurus of /fit/.
/sexualhealthgeneral/ I guess.

Anxiety, drugs (viagra, cialis, etc.) will help.

Is viagra known to create a dependence? I'd hate to be reliant on the stuff for the rest of my existance.

No, but it's trash. Cialis is way better.
Anyhow. Lose weight, improve circulation.
it is anxiety. Casual hookups and even first time with somebody I'm comfortable with lead to this. When my wife and I started dating she gave me head a lot and I never lost it, but as soon as I went to put it in I got so soft. The idea of penetration and not satisfying her made me scared. It is a comfort thing. You need to talk with her and let her know you're nervous and it is causing you problems.

Psysical no, psychological maybe.

Thanks for the advice senpai. My situations pretty much as you describe- hard when she's touching it, soft when it goes inside. I did talk to her a bit before, but it escalated quite quickly and I was maybe panicking about not satisfying her. I'll try taking it slower and talking to her about it next time.

Only like 10-15% of ED in men is an actual physiology problem. Most of the time that's diabetes or severe arterial disease, which you likely don't have as a 19 y/o.
Just relax. Have some foreplay. Maybe have a little dose of yohimbine if you want.
