This is all I've been eating for the past month but I'm not losing weight. What gives? I also have fast food for lunch because of work but I walk around a lot so I expect that the calories cancel out.

I thought the whole celery being negative calories, so I looked it up one day. It is; its got like 5 calories, and I think you burn about .3 calories digesting. Still a really good food to stuff your stomach to stop cravings. Also mentioned cold water was the only real negative calories 'food' cus its zero cals and the body needs to heat it up or some shit.
