Skinnyfat here. How do I get a more proportional body? My neck is super long and thin like a god damned giraffe. What are some good neck excersises?

Work your trapezes. In any case your neck will get thicker as you get heavier.

do shrugs and deadlifts, and you can try what MMA guys do: head pushups and also reverse head pushups

The back is really easy to work with only a barbell.
Shrugs ,Rows (pendlay are the best for lats ,yates for biceps and traps) ,deadlift ,reverse upright row ,t bar rows.
Do pull ups too. Try to get some chalk to improve your grip

Neck is 70% genetics desu.
Necklets are not as bad because you can gain those 30 by doing stuff to increase the muscle around your neck.

Dunno the exact routine of SL. If it's a split like a PPL just do it on back days. If it's full body do it whenever you want. If you have a good grip you can do it at the end of your deadlift day (you put heavy on shrugs because the movement is really small). If you feel your grip is lacking just do it another day or invest in straps

SL is SS with bent over rows instead of cleans.

Adding accessories is no big deal, especially shrugs/curls
