Just did the maths, myprotein is about ~5% cheaper per gram of protein if you can't get cheap chicken. A kilo of chicken is 15 PLN, I got my whey for ~215 PLN, I think. Dunno where you live, but in Slavland cottage cheese is dirt cheap.

chicken skin is the same as fucking egg yolks, for some reason people throw them away.

yes they contain more calories, but guess what i eat 2 legs everyday and still eat below 1500 cals, without feeling hungry.

not a chicken quarterleg.

unless you have a bad source, you need to weight the bones after eating and then subtract that from the total. then use the 100g measurements.

its very very hard to get accurate calorie measurements for quarterlegs, lots of sites contradict others. i found that 350-400 is the best "safe" zone.

a quarterleg is about 400 cals and 40g protein. i never weigh them anymore.

400 cals is the upper limit, no leg will be more then 400 cals
