Thank you I will add ab exercises and low intensity cardio right after(15+min inclined walk) to my rest days. I already added chin-ups to my B day in stronglifts and those are going up steadily however I shied away from dips because I always had this burning sensation on my right clavicle, definitely want to do them but my form is shit and afraid im going to snap something.

What do you guys think about calve exercises? Should I add them to the rest day?

Not really bro-science. Some people have a hard time going from the 4000-5000 kcal they use to eat to the 2000 they need to eat to loose weight. So to minimize their hunger they eat 6 small potions throughout the day, ensuring that there doesn't go to many hours between their meals. Thank god, at last! I've bee struggling with squats for months, back, front, deloaded, form check, atg, parallel to floor, no matter what I tried, I get back pain as soon as I reach bw-10kgs, never been able to reach the limit of my leg strenght, because back can't handle it.
I switched to pistol squats, jumping squats and kettlebell swings and it's fine, legs and glutes are juicy, no back pain.
