If my preworkout has a high amount of creatine should i bother buying and adding creatine separately?
no, 5g a day is all that has any benefit

cool, ty, /thread
Have been thinking of using nitrotech which has creative in it. Should i get another protein powder for when i don't want to take creatine and just get some protein in? Also would it be bad if i don't drink shit tons of water like it says to if i'm on creatine?
You still need to supplement your 5g on rest days when not using your preworkout

if your preworkout is mobbed with creatine, its probably shit. Creatine is mainly used as filler, and if it's included in a "proprietary blend" or "muscle building matrix" alongside other active ingredients, your mix is probably predominately creatine.

Never gona make it senpai.
>creatine nitrate
There is no evidence that this even works. The only research out there is on creatine monohydrate.
