Hi guys i am a 20 yo skinny dude.
I'm really feeling unconfident with my body because i am so skinny. The problem is that i can eat what i want and i eat a lot but i dont gain weight.
Which food do i need to eat and do i have to go to the gym to gain weight by exercising my body?
Is there any other possibility instead of going to the gym because i really feel uncomfortable because i am so skinny

if you want to gain weight in muscle you need to go to the gym. Trust me no one there cares if you are skinny just make sure you do the exercises correctly because incorrect form is the only thing people will judge you for. Also eating lots of protein will help with weight gain and ez strength gains
