i'm 6 foot live a sedentary lifestyle atm and it would take me a few months for me to dunk
when will they learn
Why is dunking such an achievable feat? I'm 6'3 and I just don't think it's impressive. Is it a Manlet thing? Which would make sense since I see a bunch of chinks playing bball at my gym
Literally all you need to do to dunk a basketball is do 1000 calf raises a day, 100 every hour. In a month or two, you'll be dunking if you're over 6'
