Part of it is also just wanting to look better, be healthier, stronger, and I think all of those things combined would make me more confident of a person in general.

cool, i suggest doing your work sets immediately. it's my trainig style. like jason ferrugia you do the main lift at 105% whether it's squat, bench, deadlift, leg press, or kettlebell swings you do 1 rep at 105% and then you do your work sets for the day. Warm ups limit the fascia tissue from expanding because it loosens the miscle from the tendon so you just do you one set of one rep at 105% until you've recomped ro 12% and then bulk again.

Several reasons.

I was in a relationship that wasn't good for me. Don't get me wrong, she was great. Had a personality that got meshed well with mine, shared my interests, wasn't a goblin. But she drank heavily just like me, and she didn't have that "thing" that makes a partner want to improve himself. It was a relationship of stagnancy and mediocrity.

So I ended the relationship, pursued someone that I thought had that "thing." She was attractive, witty, had a degree. I thought maybe this one will be worth it. After a month she "just wanted to be friends" and chose some other guy over me. It was a humbling experience for me and kinda put everything into perspective.

On top of my diminishing health due to the combination of alcohol consumption and lack of exercise (which eventually resulted in pneumonia), I had become undesirable and unaccomplished.

So I put down the drink and started lifting again, it's a long road to where I want to be, but I know it will be worth it.

Its only been two weeks since i started making incremental changes which i can without too much sacrifice so cant really tell you how its going atm

Honestly, I'd be more worried about sugar in monster. If you want energy, drink coffee or caffeine pills. Last year I wanted to test the soy and estrogen meme (I had estro deficiency), did a pre check, 2 more tests in a period of a year, no significant change and I drank 1.5l of soy milk every day. Anectodal evidence I know, but some doctors I speaked with about test and estro told me plastic is the source with most xenoestrogens. You might wanna look into that, stop drinking bottled water etc.

Forgot to mention. My estro levels in pre-testing were 25pg/mL, after 6 months 29pg/mL, and after a year 30pg/mL. It's an improvement, but too insignificant to matter. If eating different foods affected hormone levels in a significant way, women wouldn't need birth control pills, wouldn't enter menopause and all men could be ripped as fuck.

Baldness is also very genetic. If you dad is already bald or your granddads got bald early, there's a high chance you will too. Don't do steroids and you're good. About the sex drive, there are more factors to it than testosterone.

I started out doing it for all of the young pie-in-the-sky faggot reasons, get laid, have girls mirin, etc. Didn't do much because you still have to not be an autist, which is not possible with me since I'm diagnosed.

But I also had fatigue issues, likely caused by my spending all day in front of here and fapping excessively. Well, enough became enough, and I figured it was time to stop feeling like shit, so I work out now.

I don't think I could integrate into society if I didn't work out.
