math
but some fat gain is acceptable. leangaining is stupid, you'll just spin your wheels.
200-300kcal surplus is perfect. if you do it right you gain about 50/50 fat and muscle

I'm interested to know how you used "math" to show how you can only gain 15lbs of muscle per year.
fuck that op
the main issue is i'm never fucking hungry.
and i'm only now appreciating just how much 2500+ calories is
as a skelly it's really hard to eat all that food
i'm eating 4 meals a day and trying to eat a 200g bag of nuts each day too and i'm still gaining weight pretty slowly.
also surely if i lift i'll burn off all the calories i'm putting in and not bulk anyway?

"bulking" without lifting is just getting fat
