how much weight do you gain on creatine?

i have been eating 1k cals below TDEE now for 2 weeks but also started taking creatine at the same time. on average i have lost 0 weight these past 2 weeks.

also when does the weight gain stop from creatine?

also i didnt cheat, i autismo weight everything

What type of creatine?

Usually some can gain up to 2kg but it's mostly water weight and will go away after a week or so of taking. I would say keep taking and work extra hard its worth it.

Weight will go up but it's just water, because creatine increases water retention, same as when you go off a low-carb diet.

Just stop stepping on the scale. Weight means jack shit anyway. Step on the scale see 75kg. Go chug two liters of water step on the scale see 77kg. Go take a shit step on the scale see 76kg etc. Just look yourself in the mirror, take pictures every week and compare instead.
