What shoes do you guys wear to the gym? Any flat sole shoe recommendations?

I like working out barefoot. There's a rule against being barefoot at my gym, but they don't seem to mind if I take off my shoes while doing my lifts, and then putting them back on when done.
Just some regular, blue running shoes. Remove them when doing squats, deadlifts, OHP and power cleans.
I hate having to switch between shoes. Want some new ones that are more fashionable though, but I'm pretty poor...
