I'm back to one plate squat after doing two plate... I was just so inflexible I couldn't get below horizontal even with no weight. I deluded myself into thinking my half rep bullshit was ok but after a few months I finally got enough flexibility to get ass to grass. And holy shit is it harder to do a real squat. But now I know I can grow for real.
Calculated my tdee today and what macros I need to eat :)))
