Genetics. It's something /fit/ doesn't want to hear but you'll never have that kind of body unless you have the right proportions.

However if you had the genetics it probably wouldn't take you very long to attain that body.

Literally eat 4000kcal a day, lift for 4 months, (don't do Deadlifts) do squats and abs isolation and some pull ups and you're there. This is nothing, I know because even I look bigger than him (sadly no abs because I don't do abs specifically and I think at 15% they wouldn't show too much anyway

His muscle size isnt that great. It would take maybe 2 years at MAX. to reach that.

But this still looks exceptionally good to you right?
What you dont realize is that:

He has a good frame. Its hard to explain, but he simply has a asthetically pleasing frame. The way his body is formed, it just looks good

> balance

Unlike other people, this guy actually worked out his entire body, which makes his body look so good

Most people always miss out on some muscles like the traps for example. I see too many people having tren shoulders and 18" arms, but no traps, even though they are crucial for having god tier body.


tl:dr you are never going to have a body like him, unless you have a similar frame which is unlikely. Your best chance is to work on asthetics rather than size and shreddedness.

For example these are my top 3 muscles for maximum asthetics in the following priority order:

>chest
>traps
>triceps

then everything else.
