I am a scrawny guy (176 cm, 60 kg), and have been working out

I am a scrawny guy (176 cm, 60 kg), and have been working out for 4 months now, still no noticeable gains. I work out 3 times per week, and do:

20 diamond push-ups

10 pullups

20 normal push-ups

30 push-throughs

20 tricep dips

30 crunches

50 squats

I think it might be because of my diet, since i only eat some yogurt, chicken soup and apples for lunch, however I am not entirely sure. Do you have any suggestions to up my gains?

It's basic physics. Where is the mass going to come from? You just work out and it comes from the air?

You can have the perfect lifting program but if you are not eating then you will stay exactly the same.
