Just hit a PR, 3 sets of 5 at 180 BW, touching chest. It's more than the peak even when I was bulking and weighed 225. It took me a year to eclipse my old 3x5x255, after cutting for 10 months, struggling through injuries, and now bulking slowly, but man, it was worth it.

My vascularity is really starting to explode (Lower abs finally starting to come out), my chest is awesome, and I feel ready for summer. Cutting out the B.S and focusing hard on my diet has been critical. Dumping my Ex really took a weight off my shoulders, I feel so awesome now.

Good feels bro.

To those struggling:
Diet is everything. Sleep is almost as important. Gains in the Kitchen precede Gains in the gym. Get a food scale and eat more lean protein. It may be slow, and there will be setbacks, but keep it at. You can do it.

Also, my best bench press was 285 lbs with a pause. I haven't maxed out in forever though, largely because I've been focusing more on OHP (of which I did five singles of LMAO2PLAET on Saturday), but I'd still be annoyed and disappointed if I couldn't hit 300 lbs in 3-4 weeks of readjusting to bench press. The OHP REALLY bleeds over into bench strength.

It turns out that 2pl8 is fucking peanuts. I saw three NYR little shits doing 110 and having a fucking laugh. It took me over a year to get there, completely destroyed my groove. I remember doing 80kg 5x5 my first year and getting mires, now the retard manlets who mired are doing 3pl8 and giving me pity glances.
Should I fuck it all and do 2/week bench 2/week triceps brosplit? Who gives a shit squats when some asshole can bench your squat and anyone can leg-press or 1/4 squat more and one up you? It's not like I am going to compete in powerlifting, outlifting these people is what I lift for. I'm the only one training for strength there, I deserve to be mired. I'm not gonna make it bros.
